Export Garmin Connect data

I am hoping to be able to export the data contained in Garmin Connect.

From time to time, my phone acts up and I need to wipe the data contained on the phone and would like to be able to preserve the Garmin Connect data.

Can I export from the Connect Mobile app?

Or alternately, where does the Connect Mobile app store it's data...I can perhaps export the data via a third party app.

The data is stored on the Garmin Servers and not the Connect app.

It can be seen on any computer with a web browser or an phone/pad with the mobile app (and proper log in)
