Music Control

Sometimes the music control feature works, and sometimes it doesn't, but I haven't been able to figure out why/why not. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Is there some secret to getting the music controls to work reliably?

Did you set the default music player app in GC app settings?

You also didn't say what app you're using and if you tried others. I had no issues with Phonograph and Pulsar

Yes, the default music app is set to Google play music.

I have the same issue with my vivosmart HR and Amazon Music. It takes many attempts to pair/sync to get the controls to work and then it only works for a short period.

Controls on Fenix 3 work after a watch reset, then after some time it gets stuck on "waiting for data". Still trying to figure out what causes the drop out.
