I racked my activity on my Fenix 5. I have uploaded it on both strava and myconnect. How do I get a GPS point from a specific location? thanks

Open GPX file in a text file viewer or editor.
Find the track point (trkpt) entry or entries closest to that point in time.
Read the GPS information for that track point if there is an exact match, or estimate using the two closest points if there is no exact match.
