No sleep stages since last update

Yesterday I received an update for GC on my phone (S4 mini), now I can't see the sleep stages anymore. The time I was sleeping is correct, also the time for deep or light sleep. But the graph doesn't show them. There is only light sleep. The days before are broken too. Only light sleep or half of the time awake. The graph for motions during sleep shows a constant line. On the website everything is fine.




  • I'm having the same problem on a Galaxy S3....
  • Use the web based Garmin Connect and look for sleep time display. Then scroll to the desired day and save data if asked for. That should fix the problem which is that mobile connect has not saved the data the way it should. It's not a permanent fix it just saves the missed day's data.

    I have the exact same issue on my Samsung GTI9195, android version 4.4.2 in combination with Vivoactive HR, since app update the sleep data on the mobile app is shown as on the above screenshots.
    The web application shows the correct data.

    Uninstalled the mobile app and downloaded again from the play store, version 3.20.1 / 18 july 2017. apparently this version still has the bug.
  • Because of several problems with my phone (freezes, connection problems, reboots) I got a new one with my contract. It's a Samsung A5 (2017) with Android 6.0.1. I installed Connect mobile 3.20.3. Now the sleep stages are back again.
