Only app name displayed on notification screen after Garmin Connect update

This morning I received an update to Garmin Connect on Android.now showing build no 3.19.

Since this update when I get a notification it shows the app name but no info. e.g. Facebook app name but no info on what it is, One Football app name but the data is not displayed about what it is.

It's a nightmare, makes notifications useless currently.
All I see is the app name and dismiss button.

Totally. So far I can't find anything else about it either!! We cannot be the only two haha

What device are you using in case there is anything common?
I am on Huawei P9 with Android 7.0.

Ok nothing to show it is down to specific phone or software clash.
everything was perfect for me before the update, please Garmin confirm an issue and fix in progress.

Garmin have told me to email my issue directly to them

Worth a shot if you do too. I will let you know if I hear from them.
