No Notifications on 230 and S7 Edge Nougat 7

Worked fine with my S6 , got a new phone S7 Edge and they dont show on the watch, the watch syncs fine though with activities.

same problem here with my fenix3 and S6 Nougat, smart notifications not working, but bluetooth connection and synroniization are ok. I am not sure about the source of the problem, garmin app update or android app?
