Hi there!
Just bought my first garmin device (Vivoactive HR), downloaded the Garmin connect app, which I am assuming is the correct one for using such a device.
However when I open up the app a white "stick" man appears and runs. Even as the loading sign im pretty sure it should not be meant to run for 20min without anything else happening at all. Apart from the background photos changing.
I am using a Google Nexus 5x with Android 7.1 and have installed all updates for OS and the app and cannot seem to find away around this endless "boot-loop" which is frustrating me a lot. As I got it mainly for its tracking and smart features, which I cannot use atm. Done multiple restarts and its used 70% of my battery life just waiting for nothing.
Anyone here got some suggestions?
