Edge 520 change time format after connect to smartphone

Hi :)
Edge 520 when connecting to a smartphone changes the time format from 24 to 12 hours? I use last version of garmin connect on oneplus 3T phone.
I do not see any settings in the application that are related to the time format. How to prevent this?

Edge firmware 11.10
App version: 3.18

You need to set this in the device settings in GaminConnect (web) not GarminConnectMobile.

There is no such setting.
I got there:
Autosynchronization / autoupload (I dont know original english name for this option)
Weather
Alerts

BTW: Edge correctly sent workout to the android app, but I cant see them at web version of garmin connect. Only when I connect it to a computer via usb and run garmin express, the workout is sent to the garmin connect page.
Is it a bug or a feature? ;) I'm new to Garmin devices.
