I am having a problem getting my Training Status and Training Load metrics to update on the Garmin Connect app on my OnePlus 3T.
I previously had a Fenix 5 and used it for 2 or 3 weeks and training status was working absolutely fine. Then I had to replace it with another device (still a Fenix 5) and removed the old one from my device and connect and express account.
With the new one, whenever I click on the Training Status part of the Connect app it says 'An error has occurred' and will only show me the old data. It shows the last updated date as the 25 April. I have used the new watch for 9 days and the training status part just recently changed from "use for 7 days" to now saying "no status". When I go into it, it says I need to do 2 outdoor runs but I've done 4 in the last week. Can anyone help?
Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. Removing device and repairing. Hard reset. I've also tried upgrading the firmware to the Beta and it's still giving me the same issue. Any ideas? (Short of creating a new garmin connect account).
EDIT: Just looks like Training Load isn't being updated. Here's a screenshot of what I can see. It always flashes up with 'An error has occured.' whenever I open the Training Status page.
