Vivosmart HR will not transfer Data

I have a Droid Moto Froce and Vivo Smart HR. They sync through Bluetooth but no data is transferred. Everything is stored on my VIVO and it shows green when sync is complete but no data is shown. Worked fine on my Samsung. Can anyone help?
