Sleep data...what is the '8.00' for?

Hi all, I have just bought the fenix 5, and upon looking at the sleep data it is pretty self explanatory what most of it means, but can anuone tell me what the number 8.00 denotes under the hours slept number?
Also, what do the shades of colour mean on the dial?

Is there anywhere that explains all of the data in the app in more detail?

The number indicates the amount of sleep you should be getting based on your defined sleeping hours. The colors on the dial change depending on whether you reached your defined amount of sleep or not.
