Garmin forerunner 630 not syncing, auto-upload option greyed out/unavailable

Hi,

Essentially what the title says. I have both Wifi and Bluetooth working and paired, but no joy. Anyone else in the same boat?

Garmin Connect 3.17
Android 7.1.1

Today my FR35 and Garmin Connect (Samsung S4 mini, Android 4.4.2) don't sync. They are connected (green point), but no sync.

Essentially what the title says.

Auto Upload is enabled for everyone, and no user is offered the option to disable it any more, thus it is greyed out.

Anyone else in the same boat?

I'm not in the Android 7.1.1 ‘boat’.

Many thanks for all your help. Sorted it now - just teething problems of having bought a new watch. Thanks again.
