Hi, looking for some help on trying to log back in to GC Mobile Android.
I use a Vivofit3. I was logged out of the mobile app over the weekend, and now when I attempt to log in, it requires an email address. I don't recall putting one in at the time I registered via the app over Christmas, and I had not set up Garmin Connect account on the PC until today (which requires email). When I login with my email address, it doesn't recognize my vivofit3 - there is no data. I tried to use that email address on Garmin Connect Mobile and set up the vivofit3 again. It warned me that the device was set up with another account, and if I proceeded, it would erase the device. I canceled.
How do I go about logging in to garmin Connect Mobile with a user ID, or alternatively, keeping the data associated with my "userID" and merging it with "my email" accounts? Is an email address to login to GC Mobile a new requirement? If so, I can't be the only one with this problem....
