Garmin express for windows xp

Is this possible to do? I want to usey old desktop computer for my garmin but can't figure how to make express work. I have a forerunner10 so it has to sync via the USB cable. Any help would be great!

It's not going to be possible. You need to be on at least Vista SP2, and even then you might encounter some issues unless you have newer hardware.
