I have tried to update Garmin Navigator maps in my vehicle's head unit but without any success :( I have made a factory reset, Garmin Navigator returned to base version 3.20 but again the same screen appeared. Left the head unit at service but they also couldn't figured it out. Searched on the Internet and found that other users faced this problem solved it by updating again & again. I also tried it, but didn't work for me. Everything else is functioning on head unit. Could you please advice any solution? Thanks in advance.

Originally Garmin Navigator version was 3.20 with 2015 or 2016 map for Turkey, IIRC. I followed steps described here for the update process. Here below you can find white screen photos and current vers. of Garmin Navigator. I couldn't see the background of application, but menu selections could be somehow visible, if right place is tapped.

I tried to download from different sources to different flash drives but everytime was the same result, failure. The downloaded data is 340 MB. I can share it also, if you want.
