My public name was changed, it still shows Snicker1 in Garmin express,profile,Garmin Connect. Went to post comment in Garmin Connect step challenge, and name after post said" Snicker1 null ". Delegated my post,checked Express as had an update to Vivoactive settings last week. To check profile, posted comment showed up as " Snicker1 ". Next day tried to post another comment in step challenge NOW name says " null null "?????? By my profile name is same Snicker1, this only happens when trying to post a comment in Garmin Connect mobile App. Help please. What do I do?????
Is it possible that there is an extra blank space after your user name? Could it be "Snicker1 " instead of "Snicker1"? If so, what happens if you remove the blank?

No, I have had this name since joining Garmin Express and Garmin Connect. I spell it as one word ,no spaces in between. Up until last week,I was making comment posts in step challenge and it gave my correct
name above comment. It must have something to do with the Garmin mobile App, as I can comment in Garmin Express no problem with name. How can this happen? Have I been hacked? I only use my IPad in my house, help please.
Garmin @ security sent my problem over to garmin mobile app and had to have the engineers look into my account to find out why name changed.
Apparently they modified and updated mobile connect and took away option for "display name ". So there are 2 spaces..one for first name and one for last. You must enter something for 1st name spaces,anything you want to be known as, and something for second space. This could be an Icon,happy face, anything..if you don"t it will default to NULL. So I put mine as Snicker1 { Candy }. They also said not anyone else was having this problem as i posted in forum and no other reply's. They sent me a resent password for my account and assured me had not been hacked.
