You could LiveTrack yourself using the Garmin Connect App. It's under device settings > safety and tracking > group track > live track. Set your email address as a recipient, follow the link it send you, it should show your live activity data like heart rate, speed, distance, etc. But I haven't tested it to know what metrics are all included. Worth a shot.
