Thia app require an update of your vivoactive hr

I've just done a firmware update to 3.30 on my VA HR. I lost my 'Modern Analogue' watch face. Now if I try to download a new face from the Connect IQ store I keep getting this message: 'This app requires an update of your vivoactive hr'.

I've been googling for longer than i care to mention now, and the closest I've got is seeing that this error has been hanging around in some form or other for various Garmin devices for quite some time.

Can someone help? I'm guessing this is an issue with the mobile app not liking the FW update or something like that?

Is there a workaround? Better still, perhaps someone from Garmin could fix this once and for all?

As further info, I can't use Garmin Express as I am a Linux user.
