My fenix 3wont start up. Stuck on garmin icon

Hi all.
I was deleting a activity and my fenix 3 froze.
So I turned it off. Now it is stuck on the Garmin start up.
I have tried soft and hard resets but with no luck.
Any suggestions would be fantastic
