Live Track Problem with Pixel and Nougat

I'm having problems with Live Track on my Google Pixel phone. Bluetooth connection works fine. My rides upload to Garmin connect without any issues. However, when someone tries to access my Live Track the page comes up with no information and a message indicating a connection problem. I tried working through Garmin support but their final answer was that my phone is too new and had not been tested and approved. Is anyone else having this problem with phones running nougat?

Still not working. I have an Edge 810. Checked the latest phone compatibility list from Garmin. The Pixel is supported but they don't show any of the older Edge models in the chart http://static.garmin.com/gcm/BLE_Android.pdf. They only list the 520, 820 and 1000.
