Mobile compatability

I want to know if vivosmart HR compatible with lenovo k5 note mobile or not?
OS android 5.1..
As lenovo is not listed at all in the compatible phones list

It should be. I have never owned a phone on the compatibility list and never had a problem.
The key is Android 4.3 or better and BT 4.0.
