How to Delete all Languages except English Garmin Vivoactive HR

I read somewhere that it is possible to delete languages to save space. I wonder if anyone could help me (easy way).

Yes, I did the same. Connect you VAHR with USB to your computer. In a file explorer open the folder GARMIN/TEXT. There you see all your languages as .LN2 files. Just delete the ones you're not using.
