How to sync calendar with Fenix 3 HR?

Hello,

I am using Garmin Connect mobile app on a Galaxy S7 Edge and I am struggling to make the calendar sync with Fenix 3 HR. I only have the Outlook app configured with Office 365 and gmail account and I can't make it sync the calendar events even though I receive Calendar Notifications normally on the watch.

Do you know how it can be synched? I thought about configure another app, but I really don't want to have to apps with calendar
