Forerunner 220 not syncing

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have removed and reconnected my 220. The watch will connect with the app, but it won't upload the new activities. Any suggestions? Attached is a screen shot of the error that is occurring.
  • Which version of the GCM app are you using? In Settings, App Info. Older versions don't work with all devices anymore.

    There may be a corrupt FIT file on the watch. You can try to rescue files from the 220 (USB cable) and then delete all the history on the watch, then record a test activity and sync that.

    If that still doesn't work a master reset of the watch may do the trick. You will probably lose all settings/stats though.

    My app says that I'm running 3.10.

    I tried both steps. The hard reset worked. I ran this morning and the app uploaded my activity with no problems. Thanks for your help.
