No notifications at all - Note 4 /Fenix 3

Hi.
Connected my samsung Note 4 with my new fenix 3.
Status -"connected"
Aplication works fine.
Smart notifications - on.
Do no get any notifications at all.
Works fine with my wifes galaxy 7.
Any suggestions ?

same problem with my Lenovo phone since latest Fenix 3 official FW (7.60).
I tried to re-pair the phone, didn't help :(
