Vivoactive - saved activities not appearin on synced phone app

Ok so I have Vivoactive watch and have installed Garmin connect on my Android phone. The devices are paired and are syncing regularly . I have done several test timed exercises and saved them to my Vivoactive watch but these do not appear in the app on my phone. Am I missing something? Please help so frustrated!!

I am having the same issue but it just started. I lost my long run for today and I was ticked!!!

Did you try syncing through the USB cable and Garmin Express? Is the activity still visible on the watch, in the past activities list? You can also check the folder //GARMIN/Activities/ on the watch, and trying to import the respective FIT file manually (see the function Import on the Activties page of GC Web).
