Vivoactive - saved activities not appearin on synced phone app

Ok so I have Vivoactive watch and have installed Garmin connect on my Android phone. The devices are paired and are syncing regularly . I have done several test timed exercises and saved them to my Vivoactive watch but these do not appear in the app on my phone. Am I missing something? Please help so frustrated!!

  • I am having the same issue but it just started. I lost my long run for today and I was ticked!!!

  • Did you try syncing through the USB cable and Garmin Express? Is the activity still visible on the watch, in the past activities list? You can also check the folder //GARMIN/Activities/ on the watch, and trying to import the respective FIT file manually (see the function Import on the Activties page of GC Web).
