Garmin missing 2 days activity logs

Hi All,
I am using Vivofit 2 for about 8 montbs now.
2 days back when i was sinking my device with my phone, i found 2 days activity logs missing. I tried to sync the device a couple of more times. However, it did not help. The logs never came back.
Never observed this with the vivofit till date... Is this a known issue or something one of?
Is there sonething i can do to.fix this?

    Same problem here. Fenix 3. Did not sync from 15.08. Tried to sync manually, did not help. Reinstalling, re-pairing, restarting (both phone and watch) did not help.

    After lo-o-ot of re-pairing I get to the point where the steps are counting as well as intensity minutes, but they are not logged in GC database. For example - now I have 865 intensity minutes on watch and mobile app, but in desctop app - just 31, from the last sync.

    All activities are not sync into the database - cycling, running, steps, sleep ect. The watch IS connected, because I receive smart notification, but does not sync activities.

    So I connected the watch with cable to the PC. Open Garmin Express and all activities synced without a problem. Disconnected the watch from the PC and ... same problem - not syncing with the mobile app.
    As you can see the problem is clearly in the mobile app.

    And finally - I am trying to contact with the Garmin support team, so just to know what the hell is happening, they are harder to find then bloody Picachu (or whatever hes name is). Just to be clear - "yes, the problem is in the mobile app", "no the problem is in your high end device, for which you payed a lot of money, bought a high end HR strap, and hopping to use it in its full potential".

    Same issue here

    I have a similar with my forerunner 630. It is syncing my steps, ... but not my activities. They only sync through garmin express. This is very annoying.

    I have observed the issue again.. this time its 5 consecutive days logs missing. In my case its all the logs, steps, sleep data, activity data... everything. I have just posted another thread on this.
  • I'm not missing anything but what I have noticed in the past month or so that Mobile Connect would automatically have my latest correct number of steps but activities hadn't synced yet. However, Connect on the web would still be behind. I would then sync manually, the activity would be transferred, and web Connect would be up-to-date.
