Can't modify my device parameters

Hi,

I can't modify my device parameters (Vivofit 3) from Garmin connect anymore... When I push the button it shows "an error occurred".

Does anybody has the same problem?

I begin to be really tired of this application issues....

    We appreciate the discussion on this topic and have escalated this to the Garmin Connect Mobile team for further investigation and resolution.

    Are you seeing the same errors if you try to modify the parameters in Garmin Connect online?

    Online - the same error

    Yes, i see the same error, if i try to modify the parameters in Garmin Connect online.

    I see the following error in german:
    "Es sind Probleme mit dieser Seite aufgetreten."

    Same problem with my Vivofit 2. I have that problem since last android application update.

    I've found the way.
    1. Delete device from Garmin Connect
    2. Check Garmin Connect online. Device is empty.
    3. Add new device at the Garmin Connect. After that Don't change users setting.
    4. Close Garmin Connect
    5. Open garmin connect online (web)
    6. change user setting and save.
    7. open Garmin Connect and sync with vivofit. Setting will be apply.
