New here but just had my device show up today and spent altogether FAR too long suffering from the non connecting bluetooth issue. After much googling that didnt really help either and just saw loads of people who had just given up. So just want to provide some advice as to how I finally got it to work.
- Exit the connect app
- Turn OFF the bluetooth
- Load the app
- Click to add a new device
- It will now ask you if you wish to allow the app to be able to turn on your bluetooth, press yes
- Now it should pair
- Do a victory dance
I hope this helps someone, as it was literally driving me insane, when all I wanted to do was play with my new toy. Anyway have fun people! :D
