Garmin 235 syncy by bluetooth take so long

Hi,

I have bougth Garmin 235 30 days ago and now the sync with my mobile is taking a lot of time and I do get the "transfer complete" status by the end of the process.

How could I improve this? Am I supposed to delete activities in my watch?!
