Garmin Connect Mobile Android Voice alerts

Today I toke e run but there wasn't any voice alert on the headset. The watch where connect with bleutooth because there was still notification from the phone.
Somebody else this problems?

As I'm not geting support to fix this issue, I decided to downgrade the version on Garmin Connect to 3.17. And works!!! Finally I cant understand why they takes a long time to fix this kind of troubles.

Also getting this issue. Support are not able to fix it. Have persevered with them many times. It's clear they dont know how to fix it.

Last conversation I had with them, they said the new software release will fix it. Tried the beta version today. Not fixed!

Hi, I have just updated to 3.20.1 and it's now working again. I will need to test it during a workout tomorrow but believe it's back on track.
