So I bought my vivosmart 3 days ago and have been having issues pairing it with garmin connect. I followed some instructions and got the vivosmart updated off my computer and that worked for a little bit, but today when I try to pair it with connect it Authenticates, connects but then I get an angry face with the error: Device registration failed. OTHER_FATAL. It then keeps searching for a little bit but then totally disconnects from bluetooth. Has anyone else had this problem? I can't seem to find a fix for it. Getting annoyed with all the junk going on with this thing.
