I emailed the following to the feedback email address, but I'm posting it here as well in case anyone else had had this problem.
I bought a Vivomove last week, and was able to sync it with my phones on the first three days, but it hasn't synced for the past two days.
My phones are a Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 and a Motorola Moto G (1st generation), and I was able to sync to them both at first, but now neither of them will sync.
When I attempt to sync, I get the message "vivomove connected" on the app, but it doesn't sync on either of the phones.
I've tried restarting bluetooth, restarting the phones, unpairing the Vivomove, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app from my phone, but neither of these things worked.
The logs show the same messages on both of the phones, and are as follows.
