Suddenly, this morning, for no reason, Forerunner 230 and Android app not finding each other. I've rebooted both devices, uninstalled/reinstalled app multiple times, turned bluetooth on/off on both devices, tried to repair multiple times, none of these measures works. I'm thinking it's a problem with the app, not the watch, because - although the app will sync to Garmin Connect on desktop - so it does actually exist somewhere - the phone does not show that the app is installed. That's a new one, an app which exists on the phone but the phone's app manager does not show that it is installed/running/killed or exists at all. I'm on a Note 3. Is this just me, or does anyone else have this problem?
Same here, my Galaxy S5 just updated to Android 6.0 and since then, my 230 connected once just a short time after android updated, but now it will not connect. This is ridiculous and makes the watch almost useless. Please fix the issue Garmin, this is YOUR app and YOU need to fix it to work with the Android software!
