It has been a few weeks now since this control has been disabled, and I hope there is now some estimate when this will be re-enabled? (I would like to buy a Fenix 3HR, but will need to sell the Fenix 3, and there is someone who wants to buy it from me immediately, but only if they can use notifications and IQ Connect without any personal or fitness data ending up forcibly synced to Connect. Telling them to install an old GCM is not good enough.)
