Bug Garmin Connect 3.6.0.1 Android with custom time doesn't start

Hi,
there have been a lots of bugs reports in Google Play that the App doesn't start and stay frozen at the starting logo with the last updated version 3.6.0.1.

I'm from Chile and I have that bug too. The problem is generated by the time setup in Android.
If I set to use a custom time (automatic disabled) the App doesn't start, but if I set "Automatic date & time" on the App works fine.

Phone model: Moto G 2nd
Android version: 6.0
Garmin Connect app: 3.6.0.1
