VivoActive - Setting Backlight

The instructions say to hit the Action key and go to System. I do not have a System option. I have Settings, but no option to change the backlight.

Settings→System→Backlight, then? (I'm only guessing here; I don't have a vivoactive myself.) Garmin's published collateral isn't know for being written/edited with the utmost care and attention to detail.

OK, what are the menu options under Settings→System that you can see by scrolling up and down?

Got to backlight option. Not sure what the options mean or how to work them. Not any detail in the manual.
