Ok, so what happened to me is that I went for holidays yesterday, my time zone changed, time is now +1 hour.after the synchronization the VSHR showed the new time correctly.But, when I look into the garmin connect, all past data changed there, if I was sleeping last week between 22 and 6, now it is showing that Iwas sleeping between 23 and 7.the sleeping times changed for every day..as well the activities time changed by one hour..weird..why is that? The times shouldnt be changed like this.if my time change by plus one hour, all I would expect is one hour gap in the HR graph..
