Step Reporting

I've started to see an issue with the steps reporting in connect. yesterday's steps don't appear in the weekly/monthly graphs, going through activity stats > steps. It also suggests I've done none today, despite syncing and when clicking through, the daily steps being correct, both for today and yesterday. Is there an issue with this part of the app? I'd broken my record for the longest streak yesterday, but Connect hasn't acknowledged it.

I am experiencing the same issue. The day for me was Friday, April 22nd. What can be done to fix this?

I have the same issue for 4/25... I delete the Connect App, then re-install. Still not fixed.
  • I'm missing steps for the 23/4, but also I have no active calories attributed to steps for any day since 23rd.

Merci beaucoup! This might explain why after several days of waiting for Garmin support to respond, they finally responded overnight (still asking lots of questions....). Their customer support is a disgrace. And alas, 6 days of active calories assigned to step data remain missing. Finally, to add insult to injury, I downloaded the latest Connect Mobile app, in case that was at fault, and bluetooth pairing (which was always erratic) now no longer works. At all. I've logged a call with the retailer to try and return this watch as faulty, since if wireless sync functionality isn't working then I clearly haven't purchased the advertised product. I doubt I'll get very far..

I am experiencing this issue. Would have hoped it wouldn't reoccur given the time lapse since this first post.  Anyone else having very long legs with daily steps and the total listed on reports?

I think I have found of the missing stepps, My device started adding steps on it's own 4+k and I have been in the bed all day!
