I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 that was just upgraded to Marshmallow 6.01. What a disaster this has been so far. After the update my Vivoactive was no longer paired with my phone. After numerous attempts I finally uninstalled Connect and reinstalled it and the phone finally paired. But the problem is I am not receiving email notifications on my phone any more. The Vivoactive says it's connected but I am not receiveing messages on it. I have email turned on in the Connect app so I have no clue. Can anyone help?? Thanks!!!

I have the Galaxy S6 and am having the same issue. Hopefully someone has a fix or a workaround or this device just became half as useful to me. :(

There was a thread about a similar issue a day or so ago.

    Take a look here:

Thanks for responding! I saw that thread and tried those suggestions before posting here. However, this was driving me crazy last night so I kept messing around with settings. I was able to get my text notifications back by turning off app power saving on my phone (settings-- battery-- under App power saving select detail-- turn off) and then rebooting both my phone and vivoactive. This setting says "To save battery power, apps that have not been used for more than 3 days have been set to save power. Apps set to save power may be unable to provide notifications". Obviously I have received texts within 3 days, so I'm not sure what that's about, but this fixed my issue.
