Calendar doesn't show green blocks on days that I've run anymore

In the latest update to the connect mobile app (version 3.5.0.1) the calendar doesn't show a green block on days that I've done a run. The data are still there - if I select a day, I see a message that says either "No timeline data for this day" or "Sync your device to see today's timeline", but I also see the summary of the run for that day.

Is there some setting that can be changed so that the calendar month-view display behaves the way it used to? Also, what is "timeline data"?
  • You mean clicking on the widget name in the side menu?
No, I meant clicking on the words in uppercase, small font size, and grey in the top left corner of the widget.

If select the Calories In/Out item on that menu, nothing happens.
Just for the hell of it, I tried that too in the Chrome browser running on my Android tablet, and it brought up the Daily Summary page for me. It works in the Safari browser on my Mac, too.

I am not using my device (FR220) to track sleep, heart rate, or steps, could that be the issue?
I don't know the answer to that, sorry.

Hmm, that is not click-able for me

I tried in a bunch of different browsers/OSes as well, but I keep getting the same result. I guess there's something borked with my account...

I really appreciate your time on all of this!
  • Activities do not show in Android app calendar view

I am having the same problem. in calendar view I do not see my activities, I have no option under "filters" to select activites.
when I select a specific day from the calendar view my activity is shown at the bottom but I have the "no timeline data for this day" in the midddle of the screen,
can someone provide an update please

    Same issue for me.
Month Calendar view shows orange events but no green activities.
Filter doesn't give the option of showing/not showing activities.
Just another Garmin bug. What's new?

Ps. Calendar works on my iPad.

This is what my filter options window looks like: calendar filter options it's missing the ability to add activities to the filter.

    And then my calendar: calendar

and an example day detail: daily detail

This is exactly what mine looks like as well. No option to add in the runs. WTF, why can I only see my race but none of my runs???? No issue on the computer, just my app (android).

I too have missing activities from my Calendar. This thread got hijacked a bit with other topics. My friend with an Iphone thinks I'm an idiot because I can't figure out how to make my activities show up. I keep telling him it isn't user error, they just aren't there.

Garmin, are you there? What is the point of a calendar if it is blank?

I have the same problem. It's a real pain - I used to find the blocks a very useful visual indication.

Garmin - can we have this functionality back please?
  • Same problem here!

I have the same problem since the latest (?) update I don't see my green activities in my App calendar anymore. :(
