Intensity Minutes not shown on My Day screen

My Intensity minutes are not showing on My Day screen, has anyone got this problem?

I've done 32 minutes this last week, yeah yeah I know not enough, I've been working away from home. If I double tap on the two dashes where it should read 32 minutes, I go to the intensity minutes page and they show up.....

I tried removing Garmin Connect and then installed it fresh, it made no difference. My intensity minutes are from a Garmin Vivosmart HR and I'm on Firmware 3.07, if that makes a difference?

    Am I the only one with this issue?

    Perhaps I will email Garmin and ask for support.

    I do have the same problem actually...
    Activities and heart rate is uploaded and visible, but it seems like the intensity minutes do not get calculated?

    Edit: I am on IOS

    By the way, this is also not showing on Garmin Connect itself. So this seems to be a calculation or transfer problem?
    But the heart rate is there so looks like a calculation problem...

    Good to know it's not just me then.

    Will email Garmin support as I cannot seem to fix this issue.

    Has anyone figured out how to fix this problem?
    I did a 27 minute run this morning. It shows up on my activities. Shows my distance, time, and calories burned. It synced with my RunKeeper and MyFitnessPal but will not load my intensity minutes. Kind of frustrating.

    It looks like there is a problem with a reset at the beginning of a week?
    It started counting again on Tuesday, but now I still have the intensity minutes of last week...

    I'm having this problem as well. Also on beta ver 3.07 just shows two dashes (--)

    Same here, worked with 3.06b, gone with 3.07b.

    Same here intensity minutes missing on my day screen but are on the next screen when I tap the intensity minutes

    I just started having this problem as well. Don't see a fix in the thread.
