Using vivosmart hr

Suddenly my notifications have stopped working.
I was trying to work out a way to change my snapshot, to which there is none after you select the initial "I am using this for 'health/fitness/whatever" (you can't change the type therefore stuck forever with the options it gives. Uninstalling doesn't work)

Yes, my notifications don't work. I've tried uninstalling, clearing cache etc. Nothing has changed on my phone. My watch has the latest software, but it wasn't working before that.
So frustrating. Help!

    1. In Connect Mobile, go to Settings->Smart Notifications and confirm that notifications are on
    2. On your phone go to settings->Sound & Notification->Notification Access and confirm that Garmin Connect has access
    3. On your Garmin device go to the Bluetooth settings and confirm Notifications are set to On
