Hi,

I upgraded to 3.4.1.2 and can confirm I am still missing VO2 Max statistics. For my Vivosmart HR, it used to be under Health Stats.
  • Garmin has received reports of the Performance Stats section missing from Garmin Connect Mobile after the most recent update, and we are working with the Garmin Connect Mobile teams to resolve the issue. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

Once I rebooted my phone after installing 3.4.1.2, the Performance Stats section and VO2 max appeared.

I observe that when I switch from VO2 max Run to VO2 max Ride, then back to Run, the stats stay "stuck" on the Ride metrics and do not update. If I back out of the VO2 max section entirely and then reload the VO2 max from the hamburger menu, I can see the Run metrics again. Anyone else see this?

I can confirm this. Just rebooted my phone and the Performance Stats section appeared. :)

    /edit
I also can confirm the bug with VO2 max Run to VO2 max Ride and back.

    I'm using a Fenix 3 and a Nexus 5x.

I rebooted my phone. No VO2 Max stats. I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 Active. I am using a Garmin Vivosmart HR.
  • for me it worked to logout and log back into the account from the app. VO2Max is back now.

For me I logged out of the app, rebooted the phone and logged back in. Again, still no VO2 Max information for me.

You are not going to see the Performance Stats option if you are using a vivosmart HR because that device does not record any of the Performance Stats metrics. For more information on Vo2 Max and a list of compatible devices please click here.

It tracked it before though. It was under Health Stats as an option. Also, I can still set it. So why bother setting it if the app doesn't do anything with it?
  • Problem still present

    The problem is still present.
Tee Vo2Max does get record/calculed on other than the supportet devices that.
    Like the Vivoactive.
There might be a problem showing the VO2 Max on the Watch, but with this app it should not be a problem:
    https://apps.garmin.com/en-ZA/apps/bdc61482-b5d7-41b6-89ba-00472e0c5def

If you run with the VO2MaX does get stored on Garmin server. The problem is for Garmin to show it in the app and on the website (connect.garmin.com)

The data has been present on the Garmin app previously, but either you have removed it purposely or you have introduced a bug, that tempoarryle has removed it.

    So what the status?
  • Temp solution

You can use this Tool to download the VO2 Max from Garmin:

    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.erainer.diarygarmin
(do a manually sync of VO2 if it does not show up on the first sync)
