sync trouble

I have a vivofit2 and i'm not using the HR monitor lately. a few days ago lets say..... the 5th i synced with my samsung galaxy without a problem, which is funny... i actually expected a problem because it had been about 10 days since i last synced before that... no problemo that day.... well now it's the 7th and i wanted to sync again but it just keeps telling me sync failed. I tried restarting the device twice. This connect app is crap. about 4/6 times I try syncing with this app vs the little usb stick on my old netbook it does not work. about half the time when i try to sync on the netbook (windows) it doesn't work, but then after i restart the computer it will work immediately. Usually restarting the tablet helps, too, but today it's not helping. I have had sync problems with this from day one. I should have just returned the blasted thing. The not syncing to the tablet normally wouldn't be too big a deal except i didn't bring the "ant" stick with me... and i wouldn't have access to a computer that had usb ports for a week anyway so I didn't really see the point in it anyway since usually restarting the device solves the problem. I'm already at my destination and going to be here til april.... my understanding was that these things weren't really designed to hold on to data for a month at a time...... Is there anything I can do to force it to work? Or should I just go to walmart, buy a sling shot, and call it a fairly expensive rock/mistake and fling it out into the highway? these goofy devices were supposed to help us make life better, not aggravate us to death.

    Let's have a look at the Device Sync Audit from your last failed sync. From the side menu, select settings > Device Sync Audit > use the arrow buttons to navigate to the date a sync failed. If possible, please take a screenshot of that audit screen. If that is not possible, you can use the share icon on the to actionbar to email the audit report to yourself, then copy & paste the contents here.

    just an FYI today sync decided to work. but that's not the point... the point is half the time it doesn't.... and that's more than just a little aggravating.

    I have also faced the same issue in WM1 app by www.Walmartone.com. All Walamart employees can make use of Walamrt One portal to get all the benefits.
