update without express on android

My forerunner 25 has updates available but I don't have a pc, only an android phone. How can I get updates without express?

According to Garmin connect I have version 2.40. I keep getting notifications that 3.1 is available.

I apologize. That model (FR 25) does NOT receive over-the-air software updates. You'll need to connect the watch over USB to a computer that has Garmin Express installed.
