We have received reports from customers whom have updated their LG G3 phones to Android 6.0 ‘Marshmallow’ and are currently unable to pair their Garmin devices to Connect Mobile. We are aware of the issue and we are working to identify the cause of this and get it corrected as quickly as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and urge customers to install any updates to the Connect Mobile application when your phone alerts you that an update is available.
