failure to sync

I have a Samsung S6 with garmin mobile connect loaded. It has not synced in 3 days. I tried the forced UTube method and still nothing.
I also have a Sumsung tablet Tab 4, fully loaded with Garmin Connect and similiar problem there.

Suggestions?

Which device? Do you see a specific error message when you try?
