Anyone else have this issue? It doesn't matter which golf course. And everything else in the app works just fine. I just can't download any courses. I've tried on multiple networks, restarted the phone/app, everything I could think of. I'm on a Galaxy S5.
I just installed version 3.3.1 from Google Play. I was able to download a few courses near Garmin headquarters. We recently enabled "https" for the server that hosts the golf courses (used to be just http). We also changed the app (in version 3.3.1) to use "https" to pull down the course. Are you still having this problem today?
Download failed when trying to download golf course to Vivoactive HR with GCM 3.11
I've been unable to download golf courses to my Vivoactive HR ever since Garmin Connect Mobile was updated to version 3.11. It did download once after restarting the phone but then the GPS didn't work (only showed total yardage for the hole, didn't change as I moved down the fairway). I've tried restarting the phone multiple times and tried multiple local courses to no avail.
Yes, most golf courses work and I have two that look like they work but when I go to download them on my watch it acts like it is downloading then goes back to the original set up on the fitness watch.
