Me too - android will not connect - tried even wiping the phone

I have the same issue,
After hours of trying eveything I can think of including phone wipes and testing my account in a browser etc -- the only thing ive been able to find is if youre using WiFi first login will not work , have to use cellular if on a phone
I can test this as my phone has no data, i use wifi for it as im out of country
